I eat it all the time. Family loves it too. 
I mix it up a lot. The things I keep the same is the quinoa, lemon juice, and salt.

Sometimes I do 3/4 parsley and 1/4 fresh thyme. Sometimes make the veggies red bell pepper and onions, sometimes add garlic. It is beautiful and FABULOUS every time and I could live off the stuff. Thanks so much for posting this.</description>
