		<description>The ratatouille was great and my kids were willing to try it since the movie! :-)  I turned the leftovers into a deliciou veggie pizza too.  I whipped up some whole wheat pizza dough, spread on some pizza sauce, the leftover ratatouille, and a sprinkling of vegan mozzarella cheese. Baked it for 15 minutes and it was a whole new meal. Thanks, I LOVE your website.  My husband loves your website too because my cooking is improving thanks to your vod casts.</description>
