		<description>It&#039;s hard to get them crispy-- I had them in the oven for quite awhile to try to get them crispy.  But honestly, it doesn&#039;t even matter. When these come out, they are melty wonderful goodness!!! SO much better than sweet potato fries! I LOVE this recipe!!</description>
